Okay, well see paypal has a sending limit of $3500, and I have sent/received #3497.53. So I have a limit of $2 and something now. So I went and got a bank account today so I could verify the account to have an unlimited sending limit, but it takes 3-5 days to verify it. So when it gets verified I will receive the payment and send you the chain. If you want to I'm pretty sure you can retract the payment.
